    dear Life Topix,
I just bought Life Topix and I am very happy with all the goodies you offer.
But one of the main reasons I bought Life Topix is that in the AppStore it says Pro Inbox supports IMAP.
But no matter what I trie, I keep getting a warning I have to go back to Settings??Login for Integrations??Log-out and Log-in again.
At first, there’s no “Log-out/Log-in” possibility and there’s no IMAP in the Login for Integrations section either.

My internet and emailprovider is xs4all.nl
They provide pop3,imap and webmail (roundcube)

I really need to use IMAP though, so can you help me out?
And if not by imap, is there another way I can integrate my xs4all email account in Life Topix eg pro inbox?
    Am I missing something?
The gmail- and ICloud mail does work smoothly by the way, and so does my calendar and social media. So, no misunderstanding, I am very happy with Life Topix ;-)

I am thankful for your answer,

    With regards,

I just downloaded light arrow and transferred my calendar and set a password.

How do I get rid of my existing calendar (that comes with iPhone 5) without disrupting light arrow? So far it seems that they are defendant on each other, password or not.

    Thank you

      Hi Holly,
      Thanks for reaching out!
Our apps directly integrate with the iOS Calendar app in several ways:
      1. Our Agenda and Calendar views include items from your iOS Calendar and Reminders apps along with app items in order to give you an unified views.
      2. You can choose to automatically create an entry in the iOS Calendar for dated items in the app, such as tasks, appointments, etc. You can configure this in our app’s My Settings view.
      3. You can also directly create iOS Calendar and Reminder items directly from our app’s Quick Add options.
You can choose not open the iOS Calendar app and just directly access things as needed from within our app.
You can see more info at: http://lightarrow.com/lifetopix/common-questions

    Hi,
i’ve been using lifetopix since 2011. Since then I’ve dabbled into other apps that promise similar functionality but for whatever reason, i keep returning to lifetopix. Currently i’ve been using IQtell & omnifocus on my mac because both apps because i find both apps offer more flexibility for implementing Tony Robbin’s Time of Your Life (TOYL) life planning method. The ability to access and easily review high level long term goals/outcomes without getting bugged down in the short term details & the ability to chunk or nest tasks or projects under overarching mega-projects based on common outcomes are crucial elements in implementing Tony Robbins’ TOYL method. These are the abilities i find lacking in Lifetopix.
On a brighter note, I love the way your products have evolved over time & your willingness to implement customer suggestions. I would love to try out your mac beta version as soon as you roll it out.
    best regards,

    Mobola

      Hi Mobola,

Thank you for using LifeTopix and for taking the time to reach out to us.

We are always looking into ways we can improve our product and listening to our engaged users, such as yourself, is our best source for finding ways to do that. We will see how we can incorporate more of the elements of the TOYL methodology into our app over time.

We are targeting out Mac beta release early next year and will keep you on the list of beta tester to reach out to. We appreciate your willingness to help us!

    Hi,
I use LifeTopix several months, great app, don’t need a lot of other apps anymore!
When setting a location in an event, some apps link with Google (or Apple) maps so you can use navigation from within your app.
Are you working on this feature? Would be a nice one.
And I miss recurring reminders. That’s all, folks!

      Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us and the kind words. That’s a great suggestion, and we will investigate integrating with Google or Apple maps in a future update. Currently, we support repeating schedules for appointments and tasks, and we plan to add repeating schedules for reminders in the future. Please do not hesitate to contact us again if you have any further questions or comments.

I just downloaded this app. So far it is awesome. It is nice to be able to see all my reminders on the same calendar. My question is as follows:
The standard iPhone calendar displays the date on the phone screen when the screen is on. I was wondering if there is a way to have life topix do the same? I would like to see the date instead of the check mark.

      Hi Steve,
Thanks for the kind words and the question! 3rd party apps are not allowed to change their icon, only Apple’s own apps can. So we won’t be able to do that the way you’ve described. However, in the near future, we plan to give users the option to either use the app icon badge number to be the date of the month, or the number of alerts in the app – we currently do the latter. It is a popular request, so we plan to do it in an update before the end of the year.

    Hi,
I just purchased my.agenda and the in-app purchase bundle. I think that it now contains the same features as Lifetopix but I wanted to confirm that. Also, I wanted to ask if there was any way to print anything other than an agenda view.
    Thanks,
    Steve

      Hi Steve,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

My.Agenda is a starter calendar app and is the lightest version of LifeTopix. With the “LifeTopix Pack” in-app purchase, it is the same as LifeTopix.
Here is a page that compares all of our iOS apps: http://lightarrow.com/compare

Also, we support print in various views (Task detail view, Project detail view, Shopping list detail view, Checklist detail view, etc.). The print action is available when you tap on the actions button.

Should you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact us again.

Could you please answer my question regarding “printing” rather than just giving a generic reply? Thanks!

I would love to purchase and try your app – it looks as if it might be the integrated solution for which I’ve been searching! However, through reading numerous reviews, it seems as if you don’t yet have a laptop / desktop version. Is that correct? And if so, is one in development?
    Thanks!
