Introducing Pro.Inbox: Create Actionable Data from Email, Web and Social Streams

In today’s world we’re overloaded with information from multiple places. It’s delivered to us every day through social streams, email messages, and the web. Wouldn’t it be great if you could easily harvest, filter, and view this information from these multiple channels, and then find the data nuggets and ideas that are important to you? This is exactly why we created Pro.Inbox. Pro.Inbox boosts your productivity by gathering the information that you care about from social, email, and the web and presenting it to you all in one app. In fact, it’s the first mobile app to make email, web and social streams actionable from one place.

Watch the video below to see how Pro.Inbox can boost your productivity — starting today!

I like the Pro . inbox feature that allows you to take emails and link them to actionable items. Can Pro.inbox help to take an email that you’re reading in outlook, create a “To Do” associated with it along with a calendar entry in the Outlook calendar, keeping all 3 items linked together for easy access? It would be nice if the video showed an email coming in from a customer that required some internal actions with ultimate action being response to the customer and how the To Do and Calendar entries would be created and managed.

      Hi Sonia,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

In our current version, when viewing the email from your inbox, you can use either the “Convert” or “Smart Convert” button to create a Task.
Once you confirm with the task creation, the email subject line will become the new task’s title.
You can tap on the “iOS Calendar” tile if you want to specify a calendar. This will create a corresponding linked calendar event for the newly created task.
Once you tap on “Create and Add More Data”, you can also add task owner and associate different items to the task.

In our next update (currently pending Apple approval), you will also be able to view emails sent to a contact from the contact detail view.

We are also working diligently to update our library of videos and will take your suggestion into account.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us again if you have any further comments or questions.
