NOTE: LightArrow Organizer already has all the features show here. LifeTopix will need the “Pro Contacts Pack” in-app purchase. My.Agenda and Pro.Calendar will need the “LifeTopix Pack” as well as the “Pro Contacts Pack” in-app purchase. Also, LightArrow Organizer already includes the advanced Inboxes features – other apps need the “Pro Inbox Pack” in-app purchase.

1. We support multiple ways to adding contacts in our app:

    a. Quick add contacts using the global quick add (blue plus) button.

    b. Add a contact from within the contact group details

    c. Import a contact from iOS contacts

    d. Import the contacts from a CSV file

    e. Customize the quick add to directly add a contact in to a contact group

    f. Convert the senders and optionally other recipients of an email feed item to contacts

2. Organize your contacts by Groups and Statuses

You can organize your contacts by Contact Groups as shown below:

Also, you can organize your contacts by Contact Statuses as shown below:

You can pin a contact status to a Dashboard for each access.

3. Managing Contacts:
a. Adding custom data such as call back date, deal size, etc.

You can add a call back date (using the custom data, call back date) as follows:

After adding the callback date, the alert shows up in the “Alerts” tile. Also, the “Callback details” log form tile has the last entry details.

Also, notice that the “Contacts + Services” topic main view has an alert for the callback date in the alerts row at the top (as shown below):

b. Putting people on call lists
Call lists are a grouping of a set of contacts that can be accessed from the call list from several places like Favorites, Calendar (Agenda) view, etc. This allows you to call/text/email or quickly view a specific group of contacts..

Here is a call list for “Hot New Leads”:

You can call/text/email the person from the above view and the contact log is updated for that contact as shown below.

The Call lists can be added to the Calendar Agenda view and can be also pinned to the Dashboard cards.

4. Track my Contacts: Accordion view/Group By, Grid view, Filters, View Tweets/Emails from Contacts
The Contacts list view has the ability to view the contacts by Context, Birthday, Status, Company, etc. Also, your custom fields are available here to sort/group your contacts as shown below:

You can view the contacts grouped by Callback Date as follows:

You can also filter the contacts list by using a pre-defined filters or new custom contact filters, as shown below:

You can also switch between list and grid views for the contact list view. For LifeTopix app, the grid view and custom data functionality requires the in-app purchase for “Pro Contacts Pack”.
