Just the app I’ve been looking for. Thanks so much for developing. I note when I first started LifeTopix, it took my task from my IOS 6 Reminders app. Great. I currently use an iPhone, iPad and MacAir. Is there anyway for the pogram to put reminders/To-Do’s saved in LifeTopix BACK into Reminders in IOS 6? If there were, then my MacAir could sync them from either my iPad or iPhone reminders and I’d be able to have all my reminders available to me no matter which device I was using.
Thanks in advance. LOVE LifeTopix

Hi Doug,
Thank you for the kind words and the question. Good news — we have integration (view, mark complete, create, delete) with the device Reminders app in our 5.1 update coming later this month, both from our My Calendar view as well as the Home (What’s Next) view.
Best regards,

I hace a iPad and BB curve, Google calendar. I want to sinchronice them with Life Topix. Can I do it? Can you send me a recommendation?
Thank you in advance-

Hi Sergio,
Thanks for the question. LifeTopix allows you to view the items from the calendars enabled on your iPad Calendar app. So if you create enable the google calendar account on your iPad’s Settings under “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”, then the items fromt hat calendar will be visible in LifeTopix as well. LifeTopix has a filter setting in My Calendar where you can select which device calendars you wish to include or exclude. Under LifeTopix Settings > My Settings, you can also select which device calendar you wish to be your default for LifeTopix to create items in.
We hope that helps.

Thanks for you answer. I could make the synchro with BB, Google calendar and Lifetopix. It was working very well before the last lifetopix update, because the synchro issues began after update. I selected in my settings the proper calendar that is Google calendar and it is not working. Lifetopix was not sending any information to Google calendar. Could you send the solution for this issue? Thank you in advance.

Hi Sergio,
There is a calendar integration issue with LifeTopix 5.0.3 on iOS 6. We have already fixed it and submitted 5.0.4 to Apple for review. We expect it to be available to our users in the next few days.

I can add my office visits to my doctors and it gets on my calander fine with alerts. I can then go my calander and add a note for that visit. What I want to do is go to the provider in Lifetopic and be able to see my past visits and the notes attached to that visit. Can you suggest the best way to do this. I want to use this app to the fullest but it seem I just keep entering new items and I am not getting results I want. I seem to be adding new subcategories for every visit which does not seem right. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hi Paul,
Thanks very much for your question.
One way we might recommend that you do that would be to associate everything with the service provider. Here is an example of how you might do that for your annual physical with your family doctor:
- from the LifeTopix home view, tap People + Services, then tap Service Providers
- create the service provider for your family doctor. There are multiple ways you can do this. If you want your family doctor to reside in the “Doctor” service provider category, then you , you would scroll down and tap Healthcare, then scroll down and tap Doctor, then tap +. Provide your doctor’s information (their name in the Title field, contact information, etc.), then tap Save.
Once your service provider has been created, you would then go to that service provider item, scroll down, tap Appointments, then tap + to create an appointment for your next visit to that doctor. When you do this, the appointment will get added to your LifeTopix My Calendar. In addition, assuming you have not changed the default LifeTopix My Settings, a reminder will get created in your device Calendar as well.
While you are at the doctor’s visit and want to create a note to record the information you want to remember from the visit, you would again go to that service provider item, scroll down, tap Notes, then tap + to create a new note. You can provide any title you want for the note. By setting the Date Tag for the note to the date of the visit, you will be able to view all your notes sorted by date. If you don’t set the Date Tag, all your notes will appear in that view in the Undated section, arranged alphabetically by Title.
We have found that different people think about these things differently — some preferring to arrange such visits by the service provider as we have described here, some preferring instead to arrange such visits by the visit date, some preferring to arrange such visits by the purpose of the visit, etc. Therefore, we have tried to build in the flexibility to accommodate any type of model the user wishes to use.
Please let us know if that does not answer your question.
Best regards,

I have windows vista, windows live and blackberry curve. Would I be able to sync this software with these programs?
Thank you
Kathy-
Hi Kathy,
Thanks for your question!
We don’t have a version of LifeTopix for the Blackberry or the PC. However, LifeTopix created device calendar entries (on your iPhone or iPad) for date-relevant items in it, such as tasks, trips, projects etc. These following steps are independent of LifeTopix, but if you sync your device with iTunes on a PC, there is an option to sync your device calendar with Outlook. If you blackberry is synced with Outlook as well, the calendar entries should end up on the Blackberry as well.
