      Hi Juan,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your question.

Our app is a universal app which means you only have to purchase it once and then you can install on all your iOS devices (iPhone & iPad) as long as you using the same iTunes account on each iOS device.

          Hi Juan,
On the second device, you can go to our app’s Settings view, then to In-App-Purchases, and tap on Restore All Purchases at the top. If you have already bought the Everything Pack or the Sync and Share Pack on one of your devices, it’ll be restored here too. One of those in-apps in needed for being able to sync between devices.
Once you have that, we recommend the Dropbox option. If you wish, we can walk you through it via a phone call. Please email us at support@lightarrow.com if you wish to do that.
          Best regards,

      Hi Christel,

We sincerely apologize for this and will work with you to resolve the issue.

We would like to offer you a phone to walk you through the process for setting up Cloud Sync. We recommend using Dropbox when setting up Cloud Sync as it has been shown to be the fastest in our tests. Please email us at “support@lightarrow.com” with a time that works best for you and a phone number that we can reach you at. We are available anytime after 10:00 am CST.

We understand your frustration and will work with you to resolve this issue.

Hello Team lightArrow! Your app has so many wonderful features. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your customers. As you continue to improve the LifeTopix app, are you planning to add a Bluetooth sync function? I have an iPhone and iPad but don’t want another web acccount eg Drop Box so a Bluetooth option would be great.

      Hi Darrell,
Thanks for reaching out with the kind words!
We do plan to support bluetooth based sync (same user’s multiple devices), as well as collaboration/sharing (different users in proximity — currently, we use email for collaboration/sharing).
      So, yes! Hopefully around March/April.

So far, I find this a great app, but unfortunately, the iPad doesn’t syncronize fully with the iPhone.
Both of the devices are connected to the iCloud and working fine with all the other apps.
Please help, as I am running out inspiration and don’t know what else am I supose to do :(
    Many thanks.

      Cristina,

So sorry to hear that! We’ll work with you to resolve this. We do recommend Dropbox as it is a lot faster with our app for Cloud Sync. The best thing might be to set up a call to walk through the steps. Please email us at support @ lightarrow . com (without the spaces) suggesting some times that work for you and a number to call. We can do it late afternoon today, Saturday, or Monday.
We are on US Central Time (Austin, Texas).

Calendar entries I have changed to appointments on my iPhone have not appeared on my iPad?

      Hi Leighton,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your question.

Would you mind verifying that you have enabled iCloud sync of calendars on your iPhone and iPad. LifeTopix relies on iCloud sync to sync your device calendar items.

Inbox items I have deleted or moved on my ipad have not updated on my iPhone and both have synced and been backed up via iCloud/Dropbox on several occasions. Please help. Was hoping to get help under this heading but the comments here don’t bear any relation to the topic.

Is it possible to change units of measurement to metric? I’m sure most of your users are in the USA but for this elf us in the rest of the world imperial measures like pounds, inches and miles don’t work.

    • LightArrow

      Hi Barbara,

Thanks for reaching out with the question!
The answer is, yes. You can go to Settings in LifeTopix (gear icon accessible from the bottom left arrow in top dashboard view), then to Manage Categories, Log Entry Units. You can either edit existing ones, or add new ones (kms, meters, kg). In order to edit an existing one (let’s say miles), if you tap on the blue circle (>) icon, you can change the title from “miles” to “kms” and tap Save.
Once you have added the units you want (or edited existing ones as appropriate), you can go to the specific log items under Health + Activity and edit the same way (blue (>) icon) and assign its Unit to the one you want, and tap Save.

Two things to watch out for:
      1. Tapping on the blue (>) icon is tricky as it’s small, tapping on the main cell has a different action.
      2. LifeTopix allows you to create any Logging Units, categories, Log Items, etc. so that you can have exactly what you want. We included the ones out of the box more as a convenience, but you don’t have to use them. You can delete unused ones by swiping on them or via the detail view accessible by the blue (>) icon, and the detail view has a trash icon.

      We hope this helps.

      Best regards,
      Team LightArrow
