Q. How to correct Cloud Sync if it’s not working properly?

    I can­not get my iphone and ipad to sync with icloud .

    Every time I try to backup my data to the box Account I cre­ated, I get a mes­sage stat­ing that The backup was incom­plete and that errors occurred. What do l do about this?

    Hello, I pur­chased the life­topix app and every­thing has been fine (only wish there’s was a home key on each page– press­ing the back arrow to get back to the main screen takes too much time) except that it is not synch­ing between my iPad and iPhone. I am using life­topix for my job and I need my phone to have all the info my iPad has. Please help.

    I just pur­chased My.Agenda and then upgraded it to the full Life­Topix. I’ve tried sev­eral times, but it’s not rec­og­niz­ing they sync between my iPhone and iPad … now that I’ve turned off iCloud Sync to attempt Google Drive Sync, that keeps giv­ing me an error that another sync option is already set up. Any ideas?

    I just bought Life­Topix and setup iCloud sync. The cal­en­dar and task fea­tures seem to be sync­ing prop­erly, but when I saved some book­marks in “Travel + Places” this fea­ture did not sync with my other devices. Please help.
