When you apply the 6.0 update of LifeTopix, iCloud sync is disabled. A different technology approach is now used for iCloud syncing. We encourage you to read the following for more information.

Google Drive Sync Setup Steps
The steps are similar to Dropbox for setting up Google Drive Sync.
iCloud Sync Reset Steps
These steps may correct the problem:
- If you’ve never done a backup from the device that contains all your “correct” data (i.e., your “primary device”), please do that now. You can backup by using a free Dropbox account using LifeTopix’s online backup feature. Alternatively, you can choose the Email backup option which is simpler, but that is only recommended if you have not created any media files (photos, videos, audios) inside LifeTopix, and have not downloaded files into LifeTopix. Instructions on how to do either backup operation can be found in the online help document for LifeTopix Settings.
- Turn off iCloud Sync via LifeTopix Settings on your “primary” device: in LifeTopix Settings, go to iCloud Sync Settings, tap on iCoud Sync slider to OFF, and select Yes.
- Turn off iCloud Sync via LifeTopix Settings on your “secondary” device(s): in LifeTopix Settings, go to iCloud Sync Settings, tap on iCoud Sync slider to OFF, and select Yes.
- On your “primary device”, shut down and restart LifeTopix to make sure that it contains your LifeTopix data. If it does not, then you should perform a restore from your backup. (To shut down LifeTopix, push your device’s Home button twice, touch one of the icons on the multi-task bar for about two seconds until they shake, and then touch the minus sign on the LifeTopix app.)
- Reset iCloud Sync via LifeTopix Settings on your “primary” device: in LifeTopix Settings, go to iCloud Sync Settings, tap on iCoud Sync Reset, and then tap on Purge LifeTopix Data in iCloud, and select Purge All.
- Reset iCloud Sync via LifeTopix Settings on your “secondary” device(s): in LifeTopix Settings, go to iCloud Sync Settings, tap on iCoud Sync Reset, and then tap on Purge LifeTopix Data in iCloud, and select Purge All.
- Turn on iCloud Sync via LifeTopix Settings on your “primary” device: in LifeTopix Settings, go to iCloud Sync Settings, tap on iCoud Sync slider to ON, and follow the steps. Make sure that this device is reported as the first device in the information alerts that come up.
- Wait 5 mins.
- Turn on iCloud Sync via LifeTopix Settings on your “secondary” device(s) — only proceed if primary device name is reported correctly as the device set up in step 7. Or else, wait a few minutes and and try again.

I just bought LifeTopix and setup iCloud sync. The calendar and task features seem to be syncing properly, but when I saved some bookmarks in “Travel + Places” this feature did not sync with my other devices. Please help.

Hi Kate,
We have some users facing iCloud sync issues as well as data load issues. Our 5.2 update (targeted for next week) makes iCloud syncing much more reliable.
