I searched and searched for an app just like this one for years! I’m so glad I found this app! My only complaint is when I want to add a category in my task I have to choose preset ones. I would really like the option to make a new one in the task instead of having to get out of it, try to find where to add it which is somewhat difficult and then I’m really limited in what I can do. This takes alot of time it just seems like you show be able to add a new category right there. There are some other similar issues with not being able to add or adjust while in a task or appointment ect. I would also like to see the weekly view in a format like the monthly view. I can see what is going on unless I scroll down through the whole day. I think it would be helpful to view it like the monthly format. I also don’t quite get the medication part. You have a limited selection on what you put and I never can tell if they mean daily or monthly. I like to set my medication up monthly with a reminder to refill and it just seems so hard to get it how I want. To change anything in that area it to me takes alot of work and I am still very limited in what I can input. Over all I love the app I still find new things to do with it and I have spent hours setting it up. It’s a little bit of a challenge to understand at first and so many options to choose from but once you get into it it gets easier. Keep up the good work and I would love to have it on my Mac and sync to my phone!

      Hi Heather,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can add new category by tapping on the “+” button at the bottom left corner from the “Select Categories” view.

In the week view, you can tap on the toggle button which on on the left side of the “+” button from the top right corner. In the list view, you can see all the items without scrolling up and down.

For the medication/prescription area, we agree that we need to add reminder support and streamline the user input.

Hope this helps. Please don’t hesitate to contact us again if you have any further comments or questions.
