Categories in LifeTopix are organized in the same way that most people organize them in their own mind — hierarchically. For example, the Projects topic has preset categories such as Education, Family, Health + Lifestyle, Hobbies, and Work. The Health + Lifestyle category of Projects contains subcategories such as Health Procedures, Prevention, and Self Improvement. This is a more natural organizational model and allows for greater efficiency.
Categories in LifeTopix are user-customizable via LifeTopix Settings, as well as directly accessible from the topic views that use them.

Tuck
I have had foot surgery and am keeping track of some physical therapy exercises. How do I set up a checklist so I have a record of the days and times I do them?
Thanks,
Tuck

Hi Tuck,
The best way to do this to use an activity log form in the Health + Activity topic, and add to it the activities you want.
Step 1. There are already a couple of activity logs that may be helpful (Stretching, Yoga), and you can add new activity log items under the Activity Log view (for example, Strengthening, Pilates, Exercise Bike etc.) by tapping on the + icon.
Step 2. Create an Activity Log Form and give it a title like “Physical Therapy” under Activity Log in the Health + Activity topic.
Step 3. From the log form detail view, you can easily add the activities you want, and reorder them as you wish, and save.
No you are ready to use it — from the bottom left arrow menu on the top dashboard view of LifeTopix, you can tap on the activity icon and then again on Activity, and a view of your activity items and forms will show up. This is where you log. Tap on Physical Therapy, and you can easily enter the amount of times or reps that you did for the activities after each physical therapy session.
We had made a blog post with our old version on the Health + Activity topic that you may find useful: http://lightarrow.com/does-your-fitness-app-measure-up
We hope this helps.
