Q. When creating an online folder, what should I use for my username?

For a MobileMe account, LifeTopix expects your MobileMe account username. For a Google Docs account, LifeTopix expects your Google Mail (GMail) e-mail address.

I am charting an activity over a period of time. The chart always shows “most recent” entries, whether in plot, line or bar format. How can I set a smaller, discrete number of the latest entries to display on the chart’s timeline, while leaving my full list of data intact?

      Hi Brian,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your question.

Currently only the full list of data is displayed for each plot. We have plans in a future update to allow the user to specify a date range when viewing a plot that will only show items that fall within the user specified range.

You can change the how the activity log information is displayed (by “Most Recent” for example) on the plot by:

      1. Opening the detail view of the Log Item, for example, Aerobics (by tapping on the “…” button and selecting “Edit” from the list view of log items). For ex., Aerobics detail view can be opened by going to “My Topics” –> “Health + Activity” –> “Activity Log” –> Aerobics row’s “…” button (located to the right of the item) –> Tap on “Edit” button.

      2. In the detail view of the Log Item, tap on the “Show” row to reveal the selections to determine how you want to show your log data. The default selection is “Most Recent”. You can choose to show your data as Daily Totals, Weekly Totals, etc.

      Best Regards,

In reminders, the options are tasks & other. I would like to be reminded of appointments 2x. How do I change the task setting to appointment? In the standard iOS calendar this can be done (it gives you 1st reminder time then 2nd).

      Steve,
      Thanks for reaching out!
We plan to support “reminder sets” in items in our app (instead of single ones). Today, you can individually add a reminder to what we call “topic” items, like projects, notes, trips, services, assets, etc. We plan to support multi-alert reminders to them, as well as to what call “dat” items — tasks, appointments, etc.
