NOTE: This help page applies to both LifeTopix (and other classic LightArrow apps) as well as to LightArrow Organizer for iOS and Mac. So, the screenshots and directions may vary slightly based on the app you’re using.

Our app should be able to access all the Calendars that you see in the (built-in) iOS Calendar App, including your Google Calendars in the iOS Calendar App.
We do not directly access Google Calendars. We access them through the iOS Calendar App.

The following need to be checked:
1. Check your calendars in the Calendars app
2. Check the filter setting for the calendar views in our app
3. Check for calendar permissions in the Settings app > Privacy
4. Check the time period for which you want to keep the old appointments in the Settings app
5. Check the permissions for Facebook calendar
1. Checking Calendars app:
To check the configuration open the iOS Calendar app Then select Calendars to go the the settings.

If you do not see your calendar here, you will need to go to the Settings app and “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”:

2. Check the filter setting for the calendar views in our app
Now open our app and please go to “My Calendar” > Filter View (Funnel icon at the top right corner).

Do you see the Google Calendar that you are looking for? This should display all the Calendars that you see in the iOS Calendar App. Is the gmail account selected?

One of the most common reasons why items of a certain type do not appear in our app’s calendar view is because the filter settings have been configured to remove that type.

Please be aware that the Agenda view has its own filter settings that is also available by tapping the filter button when the Agenda view is the active view. The Day, Month, Week and Year views all share the same filter settings.

Once the filter settings view is presented please make sure all the types you want to see in the Agenda or Calendar views are checked for inclusion then tap the “Done” button at the top right of the screen.
