Q. Why do I have a broken photo/video link in my photo/video library?

If the Life­Topix data­base has a ref­er­ence to a file in your device that can­not be found, you will see a bro­ken link icon. This could hap­pen if you delete a Life­Topix photo/video file from your device with­out using Life­Topix to per­form the delete oper­a­tion. It could also hap­pen if you delete a Life­Topix photo/video file from within Life­Topix, but then you sub­se­quently per­form a restore of an email backup that was per­formed before the photo/video deletion.
