The Agenda view provides an overview or outline of the things that you need to accomplish today, tomorrow, and the next seven days. This view keeps all your important things top of mind and provides easy access for managing these items. This is the view that you would typically look at first thing in the morning and throughout the day. Take note that the items that display on your Agenda are configurable through the filter.
From your Agenda, you can create to-do lists (checklists) and most other LifeTopix items on the fly by clicking Add.
To do lists/checklists
You can create new to do lists (checklists) and view existing to do lists directly from this section. When you create a checklist elsewhere in LifeTopix, you can ensure it displays in this view by tapping
and then selecting Add to Agenda. All checklists are managed in the Notes + Files topic.
Today, Tomorrow, and Next 7 days
Items with the dates designated for the current day, the following day, and the next seven days appear in these sections. This includes projects, trips, visitors, events, bills, shopping lists, occasions, tasks, appointments, reminders, notes, and expenses.
Alerts
Alerts draw your attention to items that are overdue and items without a due date. Items include:
- overdue tasks
- incomplete shopping lists for which due dates have passed
- unpaid bills for which due date has passed
- all open items that do not have a date associated
Tap on any summary in the Alerts view to see its details view. To remove an alert, you are required to clear the condition that designated that the alert appear.

Alison
I am just getting used to using the app, and deciding how it can best work for me. A couple of queries or suggestions, would it be possible to associate a person (or at least a contact) to a task? It would be useful when the task is to phone/email someone etc. Also, is it possible to associate a checklist with a recurring appointment? I like to have reminders in my Callander for routine things, and to associate a checklist, and/or to be able to use a checklist with them would be helpful.

Hi Alison,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your question.
You can add an owner(s) to a task by opening the detail view of the task and tapping on the “Edit” button in the “Owners” section of the right side menu bar.
On the iPad the right side menu bar is always visible but on the iPhone you must tap on the green arrow button located at the bottom right of the view. This will slide in the right side menu bar.
We plan to add more items to appointments in the near future and will look into adding checklists as well.
LifeTopix suports “To do lists” which show up in the Agenda dashboard view. These are meant to be reusable checklists.
In our next next update, LifeTopix 7.0 which we plan to make available in early June, we have added a due date to checklists. With the new due date being added, checklist will now show up in the LifeTopix calendar views.

Little Suggestion:
Could it also be possible to have an option to adjust the badger… Like for example, to also include any kinds of events — hosting events, as well as device events, etc…
Thanks
Pan
I mean to say not only tasks needed to do but also shows the number of appointments, events, etc for today and also an option to whether include tasks and events for tomorrow…

Hi Pan,
We do plan to make the item count on the badge configurable, so that you can select which types of items contribute to the count. We appreciate the feedback!

Another little thing…
Could also put an option to have a starting screen, like for example when one opens LifeTopix, it will always show him/her the My Agenda page or the Hot List page or the Calendar page or anything he/she wants as the starting page.

Great suggestion! We’ll try to include this feature in our 7.0 update later this month, or very soon thereafter!
