    Had to rein­stall Life­Topix on iPhone. Then restored from online and all worked great. But when I then tried to autho­rize online sync on the iPhone, it winds up eras­ing the restored data. Could you talk me through the sequence please?

      We will work with you to resolve this issue. Would you mind let­ting us know which cloud sync ven­dor you are using? (e.g. Drop­box, iCloud, Google Drive, Skydrive).

          Hi Jack,

          The reset steps are:
          Step 1: Dis­able sync on all devices.
          Step 2: Restore pri­mary device from backup. (Choose the device that has the best data to be the base­line data for all devices)
          Step 3: Do a Sync Reset from pri­mary device.
          Step 4: Enable Sync on pri­mary device (leave Life­Topix up for 2–5 min­utes so that all the data has a chance to make it up to Drop­box after enabling sync).
          Step 5: Enable Sync on other devices (they should report the pri­mary device name cor­rectly. Leave Life­Topix up for 2–5 min­utes for all data to trickle down).
          Step 6: Sync is estab­lished. All devices are equal now. After mak­ing a change in Life­Topix, please leave Life­Topix up for 5 sec­onds before clos­ing it so that the change data gets a chance to make it to Drop­box so that other devices can get it when Life­Topix is brought up on them later).

          In any case, please also do an Email Backup from the pri­mary device before re-enabling sync — just as an added pre­cau­tion. Please let us know if you need a phone call to walk you through the steps.

    Cre­ators of this app ,
    I frig­gin love this app ! This phone is now my brain. One ques­tion I have is, I’m self employed (floor­ing installer) and have dif­fer­ent jobs every­day of the week. Is there a way to specif­i­cally input my daily jobs on a work sched­ule. Again this app is fantastic .
