Had to reinstall LifeTopix on iPhone. Then restored from online and all worked great. But when I then tried to authorize online sync on the iPhone, it winds up erasing the restored data. Could you talk me through the sequence please?

We will work with you to resolve this issue. Would you mind letting us know which cloud sync vendor you are using? (e.g. Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive, Skydrive).

Hi Jack,
The reset steps are:
Step 1: Disable sync on all devices.
Step 2: Restore primary device from backup. (Choose the device that has the best data to be the baseline data for all devices)
Step 3: Do a Sync Reset from primary device.
Step 4: Enable Sync on primary device (leave LifeTopix up for 2–5 minutes so that all the data has a chance to make it up to Dropbox after enabling sync).
Step 5: Enable Sync on other devices (they should report the primary device name correctly. Leave LifeTopix up for 2–5 minutes for all data to trickle down).
Step 6: Sync is established. All devices are equal now. After making a change in LifeTopix, please leave LifeTopix up for 5 seconds before closing it so that the change data gets a chance to make it to Dropbox so that other devices can get it when LifeTopix is brought up on them later).
In any case, please also do an Email Backup from the primary device before re-enabling sync — just as an added precaution. Please let us know if you need a phone call to walk you through the steps.

I friggin love this app ! This phone is now my brain. One question I have is, I’m self employed (flooring installer) and have different jobs everyday of the week. Is there a way to specifically input my daily jobs on a work schedule. Again this app is fantastic .

We would love to hear more about exactly what you wish to do, and suggest ways in which you can do it now, share with you the things we have planned for the near future, and get your thoughts on new ideas.
