My Contexts

You can define contexts to keep LifeTopix items organized according to your taste. In the Getting Things Done® (GTD®) methodology developed by David Allen, Contexts are typically based on a physical location, resource, or the equipment that’s necessary to complete a task. Productivity is increased when you’re not “switching contexts.” For example, you’re more productive if you return phone calls during blocks of time, rather than switch to a different task — such as graphic design or coding. Examples of Contexts are office, home, grocery store, etc.

To create a new tag, tap . To view the items with a tag, tap the context tag. To edit the name of a tag, tap its . To delete a tag, swipe it.

To assign a tag to an item from this view, tap the tag, then tap .

To assign a tag to an item from its details view, tap Edit under Context tags in the right panel and tap a context tag to select it from the Context Tags view.  To assign a tag to multiple items, tap all the context tags that apply.

The following items can be tagged with contexts:

  • Appointments

  • Audio

      Hi Rex,
We’d love to help. Any particular area you’d prefer to get examples on?
      Best regards,
      Team LightArrow
