Quick Inbox
Easily add an inbox item, which shows up in the Inboxes view.
Quick Add
Quick Add gives you rapid access to creating new objects from the LifeTopix Dashboard.
Using Quick Add
Locate the Quick Menu at the bottom left of the left pane of the Dashboard, tap it, and then tap
to display the Quick Add action panel. If you wish to create a new object (Inbox Item, Task, Note Appointment, Reminder, Bookmark, File, Audio, Checklist, Expense, Project, Hosting Event, Attending Event, Trip, Visitor, Service Provider, Asset, Photo, or Video), tap the type of object you wish to create, enter the details for that object, then tap Save.
Quick Log
Quickly log health and activity items, such as running, weight, etc. Log items can be configured in the Health + Activity topic.
Using Quick Log
If you wish to add an entry to one of the Health + Activity logs (Log Form, Activity, Nutrition, Health Stat, Medication, or Wellness), locate the Quick Menu at the bottom left of the left pane of the Dashboard and tap it. Next, tap
, and then the log you wish to add an entry to. Next, enter your data, and then tap Save.
Quick View
Quick View gives you rapid access, from the LifeTopix home view, to objects you have created in LifeTopix.
Using Quick View
Locate the Quick Menu at the bottom left of the left pane of the Dashboard and tap it. Next, tap
to display the Quick View. Next, tap the topic item that you wish to view.
Search
Titles and Descriptions of items in LifeTopix are searchable.
Using Search
Locate the Quick Menu at the bottom left of the left pane of the Dashboard and tap it. Next, tap
. In the search box, type the value for which to search. As you type, results matching the search value are listed in real-time.
Topic objects that can be searched
Titles and Descriptions for the following items in LifeTopix can be searched:
- tasks
- projects
- events
- shopping lists
- trips
- visits
- reminders
- appointments
- assets
- banks
- subjects
- service providers
- services
- bookmarks
- online folders
- checklists
- notes
Passcode Lock
Passcode allows you to set up a passcode so others cannot see your private information.
Using Passcode
Locate the Quick Menu at the bottom left of the left pane of the Dashboard and tap it. Next, tap
. Enter the necessary values to set up a passcode.

My quick menu does not show the help or settings icons. I just started using this app, and I need to access these frequently. Any idea why they aren’t there? Great app BTW.

Hi Andrea,
With the 6.0 update, Help Center and Settings have moved to the main navigation on the left. They are visible on the iPad and iPhone 5, and on the iPhone 4, you have to scroll up a little to see them (since the screen is not tall enough to show all the nav icons). Sorry for the confusion!
