Quick Menu

Quick Inbox

Eas­ily add an inbox item, which shows up in the Inboxes view.

Quick Add

Quick Add gives you rapid access to cre­at­ing new objects from the Life­Topix Dashboard.

Using Quick Add

Locate the Quick Menu at the bot­tom left of the left pane of the Dash­board, tap it, and then tap  to dis­play the Quick Add action panel. If you wish to cre­ate a new object (Inbox Item, Task, Note Appoint­ment, Reminder, Book­mark, File, Audio, Check­list, Expense, Project, Host­ing Event, Attend­ing Event, Trip, Vis­i­tor, Ser­vice Provider, Asset, Photo, or Video), tap the type of object you wish to cre­ate, enter the details for that object, then tap Save.

Quick Log

Quickly log health and activ­ity items, such as run­ning, weight, etc. Log items can be con­fig­ured in the Health + Activ­ity topic.

Using Quick Log

If you wish to add an entry to one of the Health + Activ­ity logs (Log Form, Activ­ity, Nutri­tion, Health Stat, Med­ica­tion, or Well­ness), locate the Quick Menu at the bot­tom left of the left pane of the Dash­board and tap it. Next, tap , and then the log you wish to add an entry to. Next, enter your data, and then tap Save.

Quick View

Quick View gives you rapid access, from the Life­Topix home view, to objects you have cre­ated in LifeTopix.

Using Quick View

Locate the Quick Menu at the bot­tom left of the left pane of the Dash­board and tap it. Next, tap  to dis­play the Quick View. Next, tap the topic item that you wish to view.

Search

Titles and Descrip­tions of items in Life­Topix are searchable.

Using Search

Locate the Quick Menu at the bot­tom left of the left pane of the Dash­board and tap it. Next, tap . In the search box, type the value for which to search. As you type, results match­ing the search value are listed in real-time.

Pass­code Lock

Pass­code allows you to set up a pass­code so oth­ers can­not see your pri­vate information.

Using Pass­code

Locate the Quick Menu at the bot­tom left of the left pane of the Dash­board and tap it. Next, tap . Enter the nec­es­sary val­ues to set up a passcode.

Quick Menu also pro­vides access to Help  and Set­tings .

    My quick menu does not show the help or set­tings icons. I just started using this app, and I need to access these fre­quently. Any idea why they aren’t there? Great app BTW.

      Hi Andrea,
      With the 6.0 update, Help Cen­ter and Set­tings have moved to the main nav­i­ga­tion on the left. They are vis­i­ble on the iPad and iPhone 5, and on the iPhone 4, you have to scroll up a lit­tle to see them (since the screen is not tall enough to show all the nav icons). Sorry for the con­fu­sion!
