Overview

!! Be sure to read Getting Started. It provides some very important information that will greatly enhance your experience with LifeTopix.

LifeTopix is a complete life organization app

LifeTopix™ is a complete productivity app for personal organization. Manage your calendar, tasks/to-dos, projects, notes, files, shopping, finances, household services, people, assets, events, travel, education, health and much more — with a 9-view dashboard, customizable categories and context tags. It works seamlessly with popular online productivity tools such as Dropbox, Evernote, Toodledo, Asana and others.

Unlike other apps that allow you to accomplish one specific thing, LifeTopix is an all-in-one personal organizer. You can capture, track, connect, know and act upon all the information in your life — EVERYTHING — and get things done more easily, all in one place, instead of jumping between multiple apps with disconnected data and zero reuse. It helps you get organized across several topics that are connected naturally.

Touchpoints

Touchpoints link topics, and they are the keys to the power of LifeTopix. A touchpoint allows you to define information within one topic and then leverage that information in other topics. This gives you the ability to relate information in the manner that is most natural for you. For example, if you are in Travel + Places defining a trip you plan to take, the tasks you specify for that trip are automatically accessible via Tasks + Projects. Or, if you define a new service provider in Events for an party you are hosting, that provider is also accessible from People + Services. Touchpoints provide a logical way to think about information, and they enable you to avoid duplication of data by eliminating the need to re-enter information in multiple places.

I am constantly fearful of losing my information and it gives me a lot of piece of mind to be able to export a copy of my stuff. Is there any way to export a complete copy of my information that I could open on a different program? like excel or word?
Also, is there a way to export just a printable copy of my calendar?

      Hi Gina,
We recommend that you do regular backups of LifeTopix data from LifeTopix Settings using an online Dropbox folder. In the Settings view, we also support backup of the LifeTopix database to Email.
LifeTopix also supports CSV export of some types of data, but that feature is available for all the data types. More on that at: http://lightarrow.com/lifetopix/lifetopix-5–0-help/common-features
      We hope this helps.
      Best regards,
      Team LightArrow
