    Do you have a bar­code scan­ner for adding music cd infor­ma­tion to my col­lec­tion list? Makes it easy to just scan bar­code to asset lists.

    Hello again. I’m really enjoy­ing using this app, try­ing to put all my assets in LifeTopix.

    I have a ques­tion, for exam­ple, I put my 2 cars on the assets, lets call Car A and Car B.
    I need to buy 2 new tires for each car.

    I put in each car a new task to buy 2 new tires, after that I called some ser­vice providers to get the prices, after get­ting the prices, I put a new note on Car A, then went on Car B to add the same note (using the add exist­ing), but I can’t find the note on Car B.

    Is this expected? I thought it was sup­posed to allow me to use the same note in more than one asset/project..

      Hi Rafael,

      We plan to allow notes and other data items to be asso­ci­ated with more than one topic item in the future. Cur­rently Life­Topix allows a note to be asso­ci­ated with only one topic item at a time.

    Curi­ous, is there a sat­u­ra­tion point for data store on LT? Your rec­om­mended uses are great, but would hate to lose data, if there are lim­i­ta­tions. Exten­si­bil­ity and expandability?

      The sat­u­ra­tion point for data in Life­Topix will be based on the avail­able resources on your iOS device. So it will depend on how many other apps you have on your iOS device and how much mem­ory and stor­age they use.

      We always rec­om­mend back­ing up your data to Drop­box as an addi­tional safety mea­sure to avoid data loss. In addi­tion, Life­Topix also sup­ports the abil­ity to cre­ate a backup of your data and send­ing it to an email account as an addi­tional safety measure.

      We are con­stantly work­ing to make Life­Topix as robust as possible.

    It would be very help­ful if you incor­po­rated a bar­code scan­ner into your pro­gram. It could be used to eas­ily make a list of videos that you own or music that you own. Would be awe­some also when mak­ing shop­ping wish lists!

      Great idea, and it is in fact in our plans for the assets topic as well as for shop­ping items. We are in the process of select­ing the right tech­nol­ogy to incor­po­rate into our app. Once we have a more con­crete time­frame, we’ll update our roadmap page.
