I provided a rating to get additional colors but after doing so it was as if I never did. Very confusing and annoying. Still do not have additional colors. Please assist. Thank you.

Sorry about that!
If you tapped on the link to launch the store view (either from the Engage view at the bottom, or from the My Settings view by the Theme section), that triggers to give you the bonus colors. So if you go out of the My Settings view, come back in, your Theme dropdown should now include new colors that start with the word Bonus.

I just tried to create an online folder, so that I can setup dropbox sync.
I am directed towards inApp purchase, but on that page it just says: no information available. The two options both have a green bottom, obviously for inApp purchase, but display no price.

We made a mistake and in-app purchases were not enabled properly in the 1.0 version of My.Notes. We have submitted a patch to Apple to resolve that. It should be available as a free update once Apple approves it (typically 3–4 days).
