WHAT CAN I DO HERE?

The Agenda view or Home view provides an overview or outline of the things that you need to accomplish today, tomorrow, and the next seven days in a convenient list view. This view keeps all your important things top of mind and provides easy access for managing these items. This is the view that you would typically look at first thing in the morning and throughout the day. Take note that the items that display on your Agenda are configurable through the filter. From your Agenda, you can create to-do lists (checklists) and most other LightArrow app items on the fly.

GLOSSARY OF TERMS

Filters: The filter examines the calendars and types of items that you request to show on the Agenda view, and then presents qualifying types of items in the Agenda view.

Hot List: The ability to add your favorite and most-commonly used views and items to the “Hot List” view for easy access. This saves you time in navigating to a frequently-used view, which might be buried inside different topics.

FILTERS

The filter icon at the top-right of the Agenda view enables configuration of the items you wish to show or hide in this view. If you are seeing items that you don’t want to see or if you want to see items you believe are missing, this is the first place you should check. For example, if you’re not seeing events from your calendars (such as Google calendars) or LightArrow app items, tap the filter icon to see what’s filtered out from the view.

Tapping the checkboxes enable or disable the viewing of the items that are listed. You can show the calendars you wish to view events from (such as iCloud, Exchange, Google, Yahoo, Aol., or Outlook.com) and you can choose whether or not to show iOS reminders. You can also choose the types of LightArrow app items you wish to hide or show, such as closed items, appointments, bill payments, events, expenses, notes with date tag, occasion reminders, projects, quick inbox items, checklists, reminders, shopping items, shopping lists, tasks, trips, visits, health stats, medication, nutrition stats, activity, or wellness stats.
