WHAT CAN I DO HERE?

The Shopping + Gifts topic enables you to manage all the information related to your shopping needs, including products that you often buy, sellers where you buy items, shopping items that you need to pick up, shopping lists, things you want to sell, gifts given and received, and coupons. Your app comes loaded with common products; however, you’re welcome to delete or modify any of those default shopping products. What’s handy about the Shopping + Gifts topic is you can view your shopping items in the Near Me view, which makes you more productive because you can better plan your shopping trips by location. In addition, through Foursquare™ integration in the Near Me view, you can easily search for and convert your favorite stores into sellers in a few simple taps that you can use in your Shopping + Gifts topic.

If you’re using the My.Shopping app, you’ll find that you will receive most, but not all of features described here (such as “Touchpoints”). If you want to purchase the full app, you can find it at: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/lifetopix-all-in-one-personal/id399076264?mt=8

LOCAL NOTIFICATIONS

Local notifications will also alert you to shopping lists depending upon the reminders that you’ve set up in My Settings.

CATEGORIES

Categories are available for use with products. You can create, modify, hide, or delete categories via Manage Categories. Note that products categories that are in use or serve as touchpoints to another topic cannot be deleted or hidden.

A “product” is something you acquire from a store, company, or person. Milk, video-on-demand movies, clothing, electronics, and garden tools are all examples of products. There are different ways to configure products. You can configure products directly from the Products tile or you can define products “on the fly” when you’re creating shopping lists or shopping items.

    Hi,
    I think I found a small bug:
I have had some shopping items with dates that appear in the Agenda view.
However, now that I have bought the items, they still appear in the Agenda.
Is this something you can fix?
    Thanks,
    Tim
